1:What is the sample policy? Generally speaking,several samples are free,but you need to burden the shipping fee. And if the samples are customized, we need to charge for it. 2:Which shipping way is available? By sea, by air, or by express. We will provide the tracking numbers for you after shipping out the products. 3:Could you do design for us? Yes, we can do not only mold design of new products but also logo drawing design. For mold design, you need provide us a sample or product's drawing. For logo design, please let us know your logo words, pantone code and where to put. 4:How about the shipping? TRANSMO: It's up to you, but we suggest that, for small order, could be delivered by international Express. Like HK Fedex,DHL, TNT or UPS. It takes 3-7 work days to arrive as usual. Big quantity would be shipping by ocean, it takes several months to arrive. If urgent, you can choose shipping by air, but the freight change will be more expensive.- How do you control the quality?
