1:Do you offer samples?
Yes, we could offer you a free sample, you need to afford the freight yourself.
2:Are there in stock?
Yes,some items are in stock,please contact us for the information.
3: How to guarantee our quality?
1). Before produce: send samples for checking.
2). During producing: send photos and video of producing to you.
3). Before shipment: customer's test company come to our factory to inspection of goods or we can send bulk production samples for checking.
4: If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
5:What is your payment term?
T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 25-30 days after depar ture from port.
6:Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
