1.Do you supply samples?
A : Yes, sample is free for charge ,you only need pay the postage. 2.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? We are the manufacturer with 14 years experience 3.If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us? Our value message is quality is our soul. We will do our best to avoid any defect before shipment. In case it happens, send us the samples and phots from the shipped cartons, we have our own professional QC team to find the issue and our ASS team will discuss the solution with you. If bad quality due to our side, refund will be effected. 4.How do you control the quality? All of our products are high quality products that are rigorously controlled to meet a number of criteria. Inspection report follows for each order. You can also assian any third party to do your own inspection. If you have your own criteria, it is preferred to show us in advance. We can customize as per yours. 5.What is your shipping way? We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detailed requirements.We also have our own professional shipping agent to provide their best service. 6.What is your payment term? T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 25-30 days after depar ture from port.
